Yaron Minkowski, one of Israel's leading fashion designers and one of the best ambassadors of local fashion internationally. In 1989, during his last year of Textile Sciences and Fashion studies at Shenkar College of Engineering and Design, he was awarded the best young designer of evening gowns prize at the Igedo International Fashion Fair in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Since the beginning of his career as a designer, his designs have glorified the pages of leading global magazines, including Vogue and Sports Illustrated.
Minkowsky's creations float on the borderline between fashion and art. Each of his designs adheres to the discipline of haute couture – careful cuts, quality materials, and perfect finishes, while simultaneously meeting all the expectations of art creations. He is exciting and surprising, and presents all we've ever known about the relationships between shape, color, texture, materials, cut, and everything in between, in a new light.
Minkowsky is a designer for women. Women are not only the target audience for his creations, but also the source of his inspiration. Each design is a result of consideration of the woman that will wear it – her dimensions, her character, her preferences, her dreams, her style of movement and the way she expresses herself.
Yaron Minkowsky's boutique is at Yehuda Margoza 15, Yafo. There, he offers a wide variety of evening clothes, as well as unique designs for women aged 25 and up, in an extensive range of sizes. He also creates custom-made designs, with a coordinated meeting in advance.
